The prominent white flowers on tall stalks are the blooms of Bear Grass.
The plant growing on the outcrop in the middle of the stream is pink monkey flower.

The state flower of Colorado, the Blue Columbine grows in the most unexpected and inhospitable places. It has striking blue sepals with white petals that trail in slender blue spurs. Click to enlarge Columbines.
A member of the pea family, the Lodgepole Lupine have blue to purple flowers and can grow to 32 inches tall. They love to grow among the gambel oak trees and in aspen groves. Click to enlarge Lupines

Rydbergia is a member of the sunflower family, nicknamed "Old Man of the Mountain" for the thick hair along its stem and foliage.
This water-loving plant grows mostly along waterfalls, stream banks, and seeps.  Its flowers are vivid magenta or purplish red with yellow throats. Click to enlarge Parry's Primrose

The only native species of Iris east of the Sierra Nevada, the Rocky Mountain or Blue Flag Iris grows where moisture is plentiful until flowering season is past. The flower is a showy bluish purple with some yellow or orange streaks. Click to enlarge Iris
