Built in 1940, the Cristo Rey Church is one of America's largest adobe structures. Inside it houses a 32-foot tall hand-carved reredos, or altar screen, which was presented to the Catholic church by Don Antonio de Valle in 1760. Click to enlarge Cristo Rey Church
Perhaps the oldest Mission in New Mexico, the St. Augustine Catholic Church dates back to 1612. Some of the original foundation and walls exist, however, the exterior has been remodeled. This church is located south of Albuquerque on the Isleta Pueblo. Click to enlarge Mission of San Agustin de la Isleta
These striking watercolor prints start as photographs taken by our artists while on assignment. They are converted to digital images and then painstakingly transposed into pleasing, watercolor-like images.
